The broad objective of Talent Development at Global Group is to develop and enhance the organization's self-renewing ability. The Talent management system, aims at identifying people with potential; developing their talent through a structured programme of professional and personal growth, and thereby attaining the objective of retaining the high-potential performers/leaders. The talent management system follows a structured programme oriented to establishing a linkage between the various aspects of the developmental role of the Human Resource function and Organizational Strategy.

Business Partner Program
The business partner program is intended to nurture and develop the top management in Global Group. These are the employees who are holding key leadership positions in the organization. They are the employees who appreciate the importance of building leadership within the organization through mentoring, coaching and various other activities. The program presently covers 30 employees in Global Group.
