CNIL formed to acquire the tower portfolio business of Aircel. CNIL’s business model
of infrastructure sharing is based on building, owning, operating and maintaining
the passive telecom infrastructure sites capable of hosting multiple service providers.
The model enables the operator to convert their capital expenditure to a fixed and
predictable operational expenditure allowing them to divert precious capital towards
core activities.
