Charudatta Naik

Group CEO

Charudatta Naik has an experience of over 22 years in the telecom industry spanning across, Technical Support, Sales & Marketing and Business Operations. He is on the Board of GTL Limited and GTL Infrastructure Limited.

He is also on the advisory board of Global Foundation, the charitable arm of the Global Group. As Group CEO he provides strategic guidance to Group Companies to enhance the Group’s growth potential, globally. He is also responsible for the group’s overall operations. Charudatta Naik has earlier worked with companies like Crompton Greaves and Unitel Communications. He is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Telecom.

	Pinakin Gandhi Group COO Pinakin Gandhi has over 14 years of experience in Corporate Management. He brings with him a wealth of experience in Strategic Planning, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Organizational Re-engineering.
He acts as an interface between the various stakeholders and the senior management. His keen acumen, foresight, and understanding of business environment has helped the Group charter its strategy. Pinakin Gandhi is an Electronics Engineer and MBA.

	Sumeet Kumar Chief Financial Officer Sumeet Kumar has over 17 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking and capital markets.He has been with the Global group for more than 13 years. As CFO of the holding company,he handles the fund-raising activities and capital market assignments
for India and overseas markets.In his past assignment he has handled Banking function of Global group’s overseas business based out of Singapore. He was also the head of the treasury and finance functions in GTL Infrastructure Limited. Sumeet is MBA by qualification.

	Rahul Desai Group Head – Risk Management and Legal Rahul Desai, has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate management covering areas of Risk Management, Legal, M & A, Corporate Finance and Investor relations.He has played an important role in pioneering M&A within the group in the early part of
his career and has been synonymous with introducing and spreading the concept of Risk Management throughout the organization. Has played a key role in structuring and negotiating transactions in the M&A, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Business Operations.

	Milind Bengali Group Head - Mergers & Acquisitions Milind Bengali heads the Mergers & Acquisition function for the Global Group. With a Bachelor of Engineering and Masters in Management Studies, Milind has got over 20 years of experience in Telecom and ITES across Business Operations & Strategy, Sales
& Marketing and Business & Market Development. Besides India, he has lived and worked in Africa and North America. As Head of M&A he has led transactions both domestic and cross border for the group companies since 2006. He has previously worked with Crompton Greaves, Aptech & The Thapar Group.
